CEE Group on the acquisition of the 154 MWp solar park project Döllen	Comprehensive legal advice to the asset manager CEE Group, specialised in renewable energies, on the acquisition of the 154 MWp solar park project Döllen as well as legal advice on complex construction agreements, various issues concerning the permitting and the zoning plan procedures as well as in connection with the sale of the electricity to be generated.
Acquisition of the first German “onshore wind+storage”-project and respective PPA	Taylor Wessing advised CEE Group on a special renewable energy transaction. CEE Group acquired the only "onshore wind+storage" project in Germany to date from juwi including a PPA contract with MVV Trading GmbH. juwi was awarded the contract for this innovative project in the first nationwide innovation tender by the German Federal Network Agency in September 2020. The electricity is reimbursed with a fixed market bonus as well as with a so-called Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) that juwi developed jointly with MVV Trading GmbH. Hamburg-based CEE Group has acquired project and PPA.
Taylor Wessing advises GARBE on sale of eight logistics centers to Union Investment	International law firm Taylor Wessing, led by Hamburg partner Anja Fenge and Hamburg partner Bernhard Kloft, provided comprehensive legal advice to GARBE Industrial Real Estate on the sale of eight logistics centers to Union Investment. The portfolio consists of six development projects and two existing buildings with a total area of 218,144 square meters. The purchases are being made for two new pan-European logistics special funds launched by Union Investment together with GARBE Industrial Real Estate.
