Marcos is specialized in public law and public economic law.
He is involved in major PPP projects, concessions, complex public operations and economic development of public owned real estate. He has developed a particular knowledge in infrastructures (ports and airports), telecommunications networks, waste and wastewater treatment and road sectors.
Marcos is also active in public competition law (state aids, mergers, etc.), regulatory law and in public/ mixed capital companies.
