Although specialising in corporate and structured real estate transactions, Tunç has advised on a wide range of corporate matters in a variety of sectors for clients ranging from large corporates and private equity firms to start-ups and small businesses. He also has experience in fund establishment and secondary fund transactions. Tunç works cross-jurisdictionally on both UK and international matters.
