Lucy combines recent experience litigating financial service disputes in the High Court of England and Wales with more than six years at a top-tier Australian firm, where she specialised in regulatory litigation and investigations.

She has acted for clients across the finance, automotive, healthcare, banking, retail and manufacturing sectors, as well as for multiple regulators and government agencies.

Her practice spans securities class actions, regulatory and commercial litigation and consumer protection disputes. Lucy brings depth of experience to complex matters and is adept at leading teams in the lead-up to, and throughout, litigation.

Her work spans all stages of the litigation process - she has successfully defended strike-out and pre-proceeding discovery applications, advised on High Court anti-suit injunctions and secured freezing and travel restraint orders for her clients.

Having acted both for and against regulators, Lucy is also high skilled in managing regulatory and internal investigations.
