Marc is a specialist lawyer for employment law and advises national and international companies in all areas of individual and collective employment law. For many years, he has assisted employers on questions concerning corporate co-determination, negotiates with works councils and accompanies proceedings before conciliation committees.
A focus of his practice involves providing support in the implementation of restructuring measures, including transfer of undertakings, outsourcing, change in operations, and downsizing. Marc also frequently advises clients on corporate co-determination in supervisory boards and its structuring and has sound experience in the establishment of European stock corporations (Societas Europaea), including the negotiation of SE participation agreements. He aims to advise his clients on personnel matters in a sustainable and strategic way, which is characterised by his pragmatic recommendations for action.
