For many years, he has assisted employers on questions concerning corporate co-determination, negotiates with works councils and accompanies proceedings before conciliation committees.
A focus of his practice involves providing support in the implementation of restructuring measures, including transfer of undertakings, outsourcing, change in operations, and downsizing. Marc also frequently advises clients on corporate co-determination in supervisory boards and its structuring and has sound experience in the establishment of European stock corporations (Societas Europaea), including the negotiation of SE participation agreements.
