Marc is a specialist lawyer for employment law and advises national and international companies in all areas of individual and collective employment law. He has been providing support to employers on issues concerning corporate co-determination, negotiates with works councils and supervises proceedings before conciliation committees.

 

A focus of his practice involves providing support in the implementation of restructuring measures, including transfer of business, outsourcing, change in operations, and downsizing. Marc also frequently advises clients on corporate co-determination and its arrangement. He also has profound experience in the founding of European public limited-liability companies (Societas Europaea, SE), including negotiating investment and shareholder’s agreements. He aims to advise his clients on personnel matters in a sustainable and strategic way, which is characterised by his pragmatic recommendations for action.
