Advice to Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas on the drafting and negotiation of the project agreements for the offshore wind farm Baltic Power. The project agreements include the Turbine Supply Agreement (TSA) and the Service and Maintenance Agreement (SMA) as well as other documentation relevant to the financing. Vestas is supplying and installing 15 MW class turbines of the type V236-15.0 MW for the project.

Vestas on project agreements for largest German offshore wind farm Nordlicht 1

Advice to Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas on the drafting and negotiation of the project agreements for Vattenfall‘s offshore wind farm Nordlicht 1. The contracts cover the delivery and installation of 68 V236-15.0 MW turbines, including their service and maintenance. Nordlicht 1 will be the largest offshore wind project in Germany.

Vestas on Project Agreements with RWE for Offshore Wind Project Nordseecluster A

Advice to Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas on the negotiations for the project agreements with RWE for the German offshore wind project Nordseecluster A. The agreements with RWE provide for the supply, delivery and commissioning of 44 wind turbines of the type V236-15.0 MW and include a 5-year service agreement followed by an operational support agreement.
