Stefan is a member of the Practice Area Competition, EU and Trade and advises on all questions of German and EU competition law. Stefan Horn's main focus is on advising on civil competition law proceedings (stand-alone/follow-on), in particular cartel damage actions, on both the claimant and defendant side.
A further focus of his practice is advising on competition law issues related to the digitalization of the economy, such as advice on digital distribution and business models.
