Stefan Horn is a member of the Competition, EU and Trade Practice Area. He advises on all questions of German and European cartel law especially in the areas cartel damage claims, merger control, regulation of abusive practices and contractual restrictions on competition.
He has particular knowledge regarding the application of competition law to the sport sector. A further advisory focus of Stefan Horn is the area of regulatory law and energy competition law. In this field, he has particular knowledge regarding network charges according to EnWG, StromNEV und ARegV, including abuse proceedings before the Federal Network Agency, appeal proceedings before the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court and civil proceedings.
