Johannes advises German and international companies as well as senior management on all areas of individual and collective employment law, including litigation before the employment courts and representation in works constitution arbitration boards. One particular focus of his practice is advising companies on issues of occupational health and safety and representing them in relation to authorities and works councils.
Johannes is a lecturer in employment law at HAW Hamburg.
