Karolina Lange-Kulmann, LL.M. (Medizinrecht)

Karolina is a lawyer specialising in medical law. She provides comprehensive and creative advice to companies and service providers on regulatory healthcare law for the realisation of their projects. Medical centres constitute the core of her practice: every day she advises on the development of medical centre networks in the context of buy and build strategies - based on experience from more than 100 medical centre start-ups.


A further focus is on transactions in the healthcare sector, the digitalisation of the healthcare system and the establishment and approval of healthcare facilities. In particular, she is an expert on questions relating to the practice of the dental and medical professions as well as cooperations. Karolina is a member of medical law working groups and she also teaches at the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and the Akademie für freiberufliche Selbstverwaltung und Praxismanagement (Academy for Freelance Self-Government and Practice Management).
