Comprehensive advice to the federal government on the migration of stationary Microsoft applications (‘on premise’) to a sovereign cloud solution offered by Delos Cloud GmbH (a subsidiary of SAP SE). Taylor Wessing provided legal advice on all aspects of this extremely extensive and complex project. In particular, we thoroughly reviewed, revised and negotiated the basic cloud agreement.
