Iman has many years of experience in advising national and international clients in Corporate, M&A and capital markets, Real estate as well as Banking & finance law.
She specialises in providing legal support in connection with the development and acquisition of complex real estate projects, particularly in the context of property development projects. A further focus area of Iman is to advise on project financing and the realisation of construction projects for hotels, commercial and residential properties.
