Iman is a Counsel as well as an attorney at law and a member of the Corporate, M&A and capital markets team.
In addition, she supports in advising national and international clients on all areas of Banking and Finance law as well as Real Estate and Construction law matters with a particular focus on the according industry sectors. Iman is an author of various publications in the field of Corporate and Real Estate law and was also a lecturer at the University of Vienna, faculty of Economics and Business Administration (Institute of Economics and Law, ordinariate for private and business law).
