Zbigniew heads the Banking & finance team in Warsaw and also has significant expertise in real estate and corporate law. With more than 20 years of experience, he is a “player” on the local market and beyond. He focuses on all areas of banking law, and represents financial institutions, multinational corporations, and many domestic and foreign investors in both transactional matters and regulatory issues.
Zbigniew also advises clients in particular from the financial and real estate sectors on the restructuring of capital groups and various types of investments.
