Michael is a member of the Banking & finance team in Vienna. He advises national and international clients in all areas of banking and finance law.

He is primarily involved in international financing transactions, including their structuring and execution. A further focus of his work is regulatory advice, particularly in dealing with regulatory requirements and related matters. In addition, he advises on corporate matters and reorganizations and supports the implementation of corresponding measures.
