He is known for his extensive experience with complex proceedings in which he represents companies against their shareholders or enforces shareholder rights. He also specialises in consumer law and product liability. National and international clients appreciate his accuracy, tactical approach, and creativity in representing them in court, as well as his unconditional commitment to achieving the best possible result for them.
He also supports clients in all matters of Austrian and European corporate law and regularly publishes in these fields.
Philipp passes on his knowledge as a lecturer at the Executive Academy of Vienna’s University of Economics and Business.
