Armin is a Salary Partner and has extensive experience in advising companies and investors in the areas of venture capital and complex national and international M&A transactions.
Armin has a particular focus on financing rounds, exits/buy-outs as well as the establishment and expansion of digital business models through company builders and consulting firms, especially in the areas of digitalization of services, DeepTech, AI, FinTech, Banking, Prop-Tech and e-commerce. In addition, he has proven expertise in complex M&A transactions and Joint Ventures.
Armin is also particularly familiar with the establishment and expansion of consulting firms and their business activities (incl. complex shareholders’ agreements, international roll-out, etc.). He also frequently advises on the interface between Start-Ups and Corporates.
Taylor Wessing was 2024 once again recognised by Legal500 as a Tier 1 law firm for both venture capital and M&A transactions (deal volumes up to EUR 100 million) and Armin Bartsch has been recommended as a key lawyer and "venture capital and M&A specialist" for both areas.
