Taylor Wessing provided comprehensive legal advice to the shareholders of anemos Gesellschaft für Umweltmeteorologie GmbH on the sale of all shares (100%) to Vidia One BidCo VI GmbH, an acquisition vehicle of Vidia GmbH. The transaction was led by Robert Wethmar (Partner, Corporate/Industrials) together with Anne-Kathrin Hoppe (Salary Partner, Corporate/Industrials).

The purchase agreement was signed on 31 March 2026. The transaction closed on 12 May 2026.
