Harry is a senior associate in the Corporate group in London. He advises on a variety of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and general corporate law. He advises and acts for a diverse range of clients across many sectors in particular Fintech.
Harry has spent six months on secondment at a leading UK Fintech, where he worked within their corporate legal department. Harry studied French, Spanish and Italian at Durham University, before studying at BPP law school where he also received a masters in law with business.
