He advises German and international clients on corporate law, takeover law and transformation law issues, in particular in national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings. Furthermore, the continuous advice of companies, private equity funds and venture capital firms on all issues of corporate law is a focus of his practice.
