Armin is a Salary Partner and has extensive experience in advising companies and investors in the areas of venture capital and complex national and international M&A transactions.

Armin has a particular focus on financing rounds, exits/buy-outs as well as the establishment and expansion of digital business models through company builders and corporate venture builders, especially in the areas of digitalization of services, e-commerce, FinTech, InsurTech, banking and mobility. In addition, he has proven expertise in complex M&A transactions and Joint Ventures.
