Caroline is an associate in the Employment, Pensions & Mobility group in Paris.
Her practice encompasses advice and litigation to French and Foreign companies on all questions related to individual labor and collective relations especially the day-to-day management of human resources, international employment contracts, collective bargaining, individual dismissals and company restructuring operations.
Caroline was admitted to the Strasbourg Bar in 2016 after graduating with a French-German master’s degree (Paris 2 Panthéon Assas University and Humboldt University of Berlin).
Caroline started her career in French-German law firms specialized in business and employment law before joining the Employment department of Taylor Wessing in 2019.
