Emma Kranendonk is an associate in the Competition, EU & Trade practice group. She advises and litigates on all aspects of competition law, public procurement and consumer law, with a specific focus on competition and consumer law related matters, operating in a wide range of sectors, such as telecom, retail and food.
Her practice is focused on proceedings before the EU and Dutch competition (and other) authorities and judiciary, as well as advisory work, regarding the application of the EU and Dutch competition law rules and other matters relating to EU law (e.g. foreign direct investments and consumer law matters). She further advises on equal treatment legislation and represents clients in proceedings before the Netherlands Institute for Human Rights.
