Hanneke is a senior associate and a member of the Employment, Pensions and Mobility group. She has lots of experience covering all employment law related matters including litigation, and is member of the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN).
Hanneke advises Dutch and international clients and specialises in Dutch and European employment law with a strong focus on matters relating to drafting and terminating (employment) contracts, posting of workers, self-employed, dismissal law, non-competition and non-solicitation, flexible and remote work, restructuring, employment benefits, employment retention and change of employment conditions. Hanneke enjoys to provide her clients with a full-service solution and helping them from A to Z.
