Johannes is an expert litigator for disputes relating to civil and procedural matters. His practice includes drafting contracts and contract negotiations with a focus on procurement, sales, and distribution as well as complex legal disputes, in particular, in the areas of tort law, commercial law, contract law, and sales contract law.
In that respect, he acts for his clients before national courts and national and international arbitration tribunals, but also knows how to deploy alternative dispute resolution instruments in a targeted manner in his capacity as a trained business mediator. Johannes also acts as a permanent contact partner for a renowned company in the paper industry on all matters concerning contract law and procedural issues. He passes on his knowledge in these areas as a textbook author and by holding internal events for younger colleagues and students.
