Henry is a lawyer in the field of design and trademark law. In the area of design protection, he represents and advises companies from the furnishing, lighting and clothing industries. In trademark law, he represents well-known brand manufacturers and leading industrial companies. As an experienced litigator, he specialises in temporary injunction proceedings and develops strategies for international litigation.

Henry has also been involved in significant trademark proceedings such as Flugbörse (EGC/CJEU), NAI - the Natur-Aktien-Index (Federal Patents Court/CJEU) and VOODOO (Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe/Federal Court of Justice). Further points of expertise are domain name law and the worldwide fight against product piracy.
