Stefan is an expert in IP law and advises both start-ups and multinational group companies on all matters relating to trade mark law, design law, competition law, and copyright law. In close consultation with his clients, he develops, implements, and pursues effective and long-term protection strategies.
Stefan focuses his practice on advising national and international companies from the consumer goods industry, above all, from the fashion and design industry, as well as from the financial industry. Drawing from his extensive litigation experience, also in conducting and coordinating international disputes, he represents his clients’ interests in court. In addition, Stefan regularly shares his expertise as a speaker at seminars offered by the BeckAkademie and at the Frankfurt School of Finance for lawyers who want to specialise in the subject area of protection of intellectual property.
