Benedikt is a lawyer for employment law and advises medium-sized companies as well as large international corporations on all issues of individual and collective labour law.
He has years of experience advising foreign companies in setting up their businesses in Germany and has gained extensive knowledge and best practice approaches which empowers companies to achieve a seamless and successful expansion into Europe. He puts a strong emphasis on employee retention and wellbeing, ensuring that the workforce is supported and engaged throughout the expansion process.
He is a member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) and American Bar Association (ABA). He regularly publishes in relevant magazines such as Betriebs Berater, Human Resources Manager as well as NZA - Neue Zeitschrift für Arbeitsrecht and holds webinars on labor law topics.
