EU Platform Work Directive brings in new protections for platform workers

Benedikt is a classic Taylor Wessing in-house talent.
After working as a research assistant and trainee lawyer at Taylor Wessing, he joined the Munich labour law team following his elective post at the Consulate General in New York City. He is a specialist lawyer for labour law and advises medium-sized companies and large corporations, in particular foreign clients on their establishment and expansion in Germany. He is particularly interested in employee retention and wellbeing. Benedikt is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA) and publishes regularly in leading law journals such as Beriebsberater, NZA - Neue Zeitschrift für Arbeitsrecht, NZA-Rechtsprechungsreport Arbeitsrecht and NJW – Neue Juristische Wochenschrift. In addition he gives webinars on labor law topics.
