Melanie is a Legal Project Manager for the Practice Area Employment, Pensions & Mobility. She focuses on compliance projects regarding the deployment of external personnel and coordinates the activities of our lawyers in this area.
Melanie is also the first point of contact for our clients and for our current team of 20 project lawyers. She implements the agreed milestones in cooperation with our teams and monitors the progress as well as the budget of the project and intervenes if necessary. In addition to her coordinating activities, Melanie also assists with contract reviews and leads simulated company audits in preparation for temporary employment or social security audits.
