Dr. Verena Ritter-Döring

Verena has significant experience across the full spectrum of German and Europe banking and investment regulation. In addition to German and internationally active banks and financial services companies, she also advises payment and e-money institutions as well as companies and IT service providers seeking to gain a foothold in the regulated financial market. She also has experience in advising capital management companies and foreign fund managers.

She is specialised in licensing requirements, organizational requirements and compliance, the distribution of financial products and funds, dealing with BaFin, and structuring business models of FinTechs.
