Anaïs is an associate in the Employment department of Taylor Wessing in Paris.
Anaïs assists French and international clients on all labour aspects of their activities, for both individual and collective aspects (day-to-day management of human resources, international employment contracts, negotiation of settlement agreements, termination procedures, implementation of the staff representative bodies, etc.) as well as litigation before the Labour Courts.
Registered to the Bar of Paris since 2016, Anaïs started her career in the Employment area of the French law firm Alerion Avocats where she also contributed to the Spanish & Latin America desk practice of the law firm. She joined the Employment department of Taylor Wessing in 2023.
