Juultje is a counsel in the Employment, Pensions & Mobility group. She practices all aspects of employment law and is member of the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN).
Juultje enjoys helping clients on a wide range of employment matters, including collective and individual redundancies, exit negotiations, restructuring and incapacity for work. She advises on employee benefits, employee participation and employee competition and assists in drafting employment contracts, staff manuals and settlement agreements. Juultje specializes in immigration law and has significant experience in guiding clients through the application procedure for residence and work permits for intra-company transfers and highly skilled migrants.
