Sophie Pignon is a member of the Paris Bar. Sophie has over 20 years of recognized expertise in public sector contracts (concessions/PPP) and issues related to public domain. She advises sponsors and public authorities on complex contractual arrangements, primarily in the energy, infrastructure (including transportation and telecommunications) and public real estate sectors, both in France and internationally (including in Africa). She also advises on public procurement, whether in the context of their conclusion or performance on behalf of private companies or public authorities. Sophie has developed a solid expertise dedicated to regulatory and regulation aspects, in particular in the energy, transportation and telecommunications sectors. With regards to project finance, she works closely with the Banking and Finance team.
