Sally is a senior associate in the Tax & Incentives group, providing advice on a wide range of matters relating to corporate tax, banking & finance tax, employment-related taxation and stamp taxes in the UK.
She has significant experience in assisting with the tax aspects of a range of transactions, including general corporate transactions, M&A and joint ventures, equity capital markets, funds (including private equity), venture capital and cross-border restructuring.
She acts for a broad range of clients including listed and unlisted companies, public sector organisations and UK and non-UK persons and her work spans many sectors, with particular focus on the technology, media and communications, and banking and finance sectors.

Advised on the structuring of several cross-border acquisitions by a highly acquisitive European multinational group, including consideration of arrangements for exploiting the relevant intellectual property. Also advising in relation to subsequent tax authority enquiries into such arrangements.
