Diana is a member of the Corporate Practice Area and the ESG Industry Group. Her practice focuses on commercial and corporate law as well as civil procedure. She advises clients on corporate and transformation law, predominantly on national and cross-border M&A transactions and restructurings. Diana also advises shareholders as well as national and international companies in contentious litigation related to corporate law and in connection with M&A transactions.
