Matthias Swiderski is a member of our Disputes & Investigations practice group. His advisory work focuses on commercial and contract law, as well as the handling of litigation and arbitration proceedings. He advises and represents both domestic and international clients, with a particular focus on the automotive and manufacturing industries, including OEMs, and the mobility sector and has extensive experience in drafting and negotiation of complex supply contracts and sets of terms and conditions.
Matthias Swiderski advises on the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement of and defence against claims, particularly in complex warranty disputes, as well as on the resolution of other supply and performance disruptions. He represents his clients in arbitration proceedings and supports in the cross-border enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards.
