Franziska is a member of the Trademarks, Advertising and Design Practice Area. Her practice covers all aspects of trademark, competition and copyright law. In these areas, Franziska advises national and international clients in court and out-of-court disputes, in trade mark registrations as well as in opposition and appeal proceedings before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office and the European Patent Office.
