As a German qualified attorney and specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law, he will advise you on complex crossborder private M&A, joint venture, private equity and venture capital arrangements, in particular in the technology sector. He will also advise you on establishing a presence for your company in Germany and how to structure the growth of your business internationally, across Europe and Asia.
