Olav is a partner with a focus on advising national and international clients in M&A and private equity transactions. Olav also specialises in all areas of corporate law, be it company formation, restructuring or liquidation. He supports numerous inbound clients from the high-tech and life sciences sector on acquisitions and the establishment of their businesses in Poland.

Olav also specialises in Energy & Environment, having in-depth knowledge in all areas regarding renewable energy projects (in particular wind energy projects) as well as in the energy & electricity sectors. Olav has also represented national and international clients in regulatory matters before the Polish energy regulator. He is praised for his negotiation skills.

Walstead, one of the leading European commercial printing groups and portfolio company of Rutland Partners, on its acquisition of LSC Communications' European printing business. The nature of this transaction was international and involved the core team in the UK working closely alongside colleagues in Poland, Germany and Austria. Walstead now serves c. 5,000 customers across the UK, Spain, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovenia and Poland.
