Karolin Andréewitch-Wallner

Karolin stands out for her many years of experience in all areas of employment law and employment-related litigation. She provides clients with labour law advice on M&A transactions and restructurings, which often involve cross-border transactions. Her areas of expertise include collective labour law, working time issues, “global mobility”, as well as employee participation and equal treatment.

Karolin is an external lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Wiener Neustadt and the author of the Practical Handbook of the Employment Contract Law Amendment Act (“Praxishandbuch Arbeitsvertragsrechts-Anpassungsgesetz”).
