The main focus of his work is the representation of intermediaries in legal proceedings regarding infringing content on the Internet. Philip Kühn is a recognized expert in Intellectual Property and IT law. He has in-depth knowledge of the law of expression, personality and press law as well as data protection law. He also advises clients on regulatory and public authority matters.
