János is a senior member of IP/IT , Compliance and Commercial teams in Hungary. As a qualified lawyer he has gained years of experience in all legal compliance issues relevant for businesses (from start-ups to large MNEs) during their entire lifecycle, including compliance related to the development, distribution and marketing of new products and services. Having such profound knowledge, he is also sure-footed in terms of new compliance developments in our data-driven era. He will advise comprehensively with regards to digital compliance in the sense of a holistic approach that takes into account the challenges posed by big data, intellectual property rights, and emerging digital regulations such as AI governance.
János is Co-Chair of the Hungarian KnowledgeNet of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and an active participant of local privacy professional communities. He is committed to drawing attention to the legal implications of latest technology solutions and to promoting consciousness of data protection in the numerous press articles, radio interviews and privacy training activities he performs regulartly.
