Nathalie is a member of the Practice Area Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT). She primarily advises IT, media and health tech companies on data protection, copyright, competition and IT law as well as other technology-related legal issues.
Her practice includes advising on data protection law, in particular the implementation of and compliance with GDPR. She also specializes in health-related data protection issues, such as in the context of clinical studies and e-health. In the area of e-commerce law, Nathalie advises on all legal issues relating to e-commerce including product launches, rollouts and the implementation of standards.
