Nathalie primarily advises international e-commerce, IT, and media companies. Her areas of focus are e-commerce, consumer protection, unfair competition law, and data protection. Among other things, she currently advises leading online service providers on EU consumer protection law (e.g. CRD, UCPD, DCDS, CPC-Network), GDPR compliance, European Accessibility Act and provider liability regimes, incl. with a focus on Digital Services Act implementation and compliance. Nathalie also supported a global online platform on Digital Services Act matters as a secondee.
