Advising the Senate Department for Health, Care and Equality on the introduction and commissioning of a new cloud-based IT specialist procedure for health reporting (GBE) and IT procedure management in the field of health policy. The consulting services included preparing the EU tendering process and drafting the contract based on the new EVB-IT Cloud contract.

Federal Ministry of Digital and Public Administration (BMDS) – Microsoft Sovereign Cloud (MSSC)

Comprehensive advice to the federal government on the migration of stationary Microsoft applications (‘on premise’) to a sovereign cloud solution offered by Delos Cloud GmbH (a subsidiary of SAP SE). Taylor Wessing provided legal advice on all aspects of this extremely extensive and complex project. In particular, we thoroughly reviewed, revised and negotiated the basic cloud agreement. We also provided advice on public procurement law and on the agreement to be concluded with SAP SE.
