Victoria is an associate in the Intellectual Property, Regulatory and Digital team, advising clients on data protection and privacy, digital and AI regulation, commercial contracts, consumer and advertising law, and intellectual property.
With a particular focus on data protection and privacy, Victoria advises clients across a wide range of sectors on complex regulatory matters, contractual issues and related compliance challenges. She has experience researching and applying UK and international data protection legislation, supporting clients with data subject access requests and other GDPR compliance matters, assisting with consumer and advertising issues, conducting corporate due diligence, reviewing and drafting commercial agreements, conducting IP research, and working on copyright matters.
Victoria focuses on the technology, life sciences, retail and media sectors. She gained valuable in-house experience working on commercial and consumer issues during a three-month secondment to an international luxury fashion e-commerce company.
