Simon specialises in complex estate planning, capital and income taxation, and offshore and onshore trusts, particularly for non-UK individuals and families, with emphasis on business owners and UK property investment.
Simon’s primary focus is on advising clients and family offices based in Europe, and Asia on their UK tax and asset structuring. Increasingly, this involves working with the business or wealth owners and the family on the process for the involvement of the next generation in a managed succession to the wealth.
