Simon specialises in complex estate planning, capital and income taxation, and offshore and onshore trusts, particularly for non-UK individuals and families, with emphasis on business owners and UK property investment.
A frequent part of his work within private wealth is “transactional” and this has increasingly led to his “project managing” his client’s complex international estate planning, and their major property and business acquisitions in the UK.
Simon’s primary focus is on advising clients and family offices based in the Middle East and Asia on their UK tax and asset structuring.
