Rachel is a partner in the Private Client group and she specialises in advising wealthy families and individuals on tax and succession matters. Much of Rachel’s work involves advising on the creation and operation of asset holding structures, frequently with an international and cross-border focus. Rachel also has extensive experience in advising individuals in relation to HMRC enquiries, including where these interact with concurrent non-UK revenue authority enquiries, and the use of HMRC disclosure facilities.
