Martin is our Chief Financial Officer, having joined Taylor Wessing in 2019 from CBRE.
Martin has delivered material business improvements for some of the world’s leading professional services firms. He has taken the lead on a wide range of programmes including finance system upgrade and replacement, M&A, business turnarounds, client management programmes, IT infrastructure upgrades, premises refurbishments, culture change, leadership programmes, legal mediations and tech innovation incubators.
Martin is a member of our UK Executive Board and chair of the Operations Board - overseeing all business services change and infrastructure upgrade programmes.
