Laura is an Associate in the Technology, IP and Information team, advising on technology contracts, commercial issues, and data protection matters.
Laura's experience includes: working on a range of commercial and IT contracts; providing advice on corporate transactions from a technology and IP perspective; assisting with consumer and e-commerce matters; coordinating complex multi-jurisdictional advice; aiding clients with video game launch advice and publishing contracts; and working with GDPR compliance and data breach preparedness including data subject rights requests, cross-border data transfers, and wider data protection and privacy matters.
Laura is particularly interested in the gaming and life sciences industries, having gained in-house experience whilst being seconded to the technology and data legal team of a global pharmaceutical business.
