Debbie is a senior counsel – knowledge lawyer, supporting TW's four Corporate groups with responsibility for precedents, legal training, knowledge sharing and legal updates. Debbie also provides technical legal input to the Corporate groups, advising on complex transactional legal issues.
Debbie has been advising on Corporate transactions since 2000 and has in-depth legal expertise covering an extensive range of corporate matters including private company M&A, private equity, venture capital, public takeovers, equity capital markets (including IPOs and secondary issues on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and AIM), corporate real estate, and all aspects of company law.
